Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Rugs that show signs of use, wear, odours, stains, pet hair, or damage will not be eligible for return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided during the return approval process.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
Return Shipping

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rugedgesydney.com.au with photos so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item or size, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

A 20% restocking fee is deducted

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
