Shipping policy

We ship physical rug products Australia-wide using trusted courier and freight partners.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation where applicable.

Shipping Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier availability.

  • Sydney Metro: 2–5 business days

  • NSW (regional): 3–7 business days

  • Interstate (VIC, QLD, SA, ACT): 4–10 business days

  • WA, TAS, NT: 7–14 business days

Delays caused by couriers, weather events, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Rug Edge Sydney.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Prices displayed at checkout are final.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Rug Packaging & Delivery
All rugs are shipped rolled for transport.
Due to the size and weight of rug products:

  • Delivery is to ground level or the building entrance

  • Assistance may be required for apartments, units, or locations with restricted access

  • Couriers may not be able to carry items inside the premises; however, we will do our best to make delivery as convenient as possible

Oversized Rugs
Some oversized rugs may require special freight arrangements or may be restricted to local delivery or pickup only. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. We are not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or damage caused by third-party carriers after dispatch.

Please ensure delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and accessible.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@rugedgesydney.com.au, including clear photos of the issue and packaging.
